Simple. Neat. Orderly. A place for everything, and everything in its place. Karmen Handel's life growing up had been anything but quiet and simple. A deadbeat father, a mother who never wanted her, and a grandmother who could care less created the perfect recipe to ensure Karmen built a wall around herself and never let anyone in. When her past comes back to haunt her, Karmen has no one to help her. Until Nickel.
I love Nickel. I loved this book and the alpha man had a big soft spot for Captain. Can’t wait to read the next in series.
What's mine, I keep, and that includes Keira Kilgore. It's no longer enough to have her in my debt. No longer enough to own her body. I want something more. She can try to resist, but I'll never give her up. Nothing will keep us apart. Not her. Not my enemies. No one. Her debt will only be paid one way - with her heart.
Couldn’t put it down. So sad it had to end. I seriously love Meghan March and her writing skills. She keeps you guessing and you are always surprised.
Look, but don't touch.... She might as well wear a neon sign that says it. It just makes me want her more. She might be above me in every way, but I still want her under me. I've got no business touching her rich-girl skin, but that won't stop me from stealing a taste. Because rules were meant to be broken - especially when the prize is so fine. In a world where nothing is as it seems, what's buried beneath these lies?
My favorite so far of the series. I didn’t want it to end. Amazing storyline.
Vaughn West is at the height of his acting career. He's the it man of Hollywood - until the ultimate betrayal sends him into a downward spiral of alcohol-infused days, ending with a different woman in his bed every night. His only way out of the funk is accepting a new movie deal with the hottest director in Hollywood. Charlotte Michaels is a designer-brands girl on a thrift-store budget until she lands the mother of all jobs as Vaughn West's wardrobe assistant on his latest movie. Only their first meeting doesn't go as planned, and now, Vaughn is acting like a jerk.
This book was sooooo funny and I loved the chemistry between Pin and Vaughn. ❤️❤️
Worth a buy and credit.
I'm used to being in charge. In and out of the office. So, when my parents go behind my back and hire a co-CEO to help me manage my family's business, let's just say I don't take it too well. Especially not when the woman they've hired is the one girl who hated my guts in college. She thinks I'm an overprivileged, womanizing man-whore. I think she's an uptight, stuck-up bitch. And now she's here, in my office, telling me how to run my company. I don't think so.
I loved this book. It was funny and I love the male POV. Joe Arden is one of my favorite male narrators. He is amazing.
They call him The Mute for a reason. Hard, cold, and calculated, he rarely speaks. When he does, it's with disdain. When he does, his words aren't meant for me. When he does, my stomach flips and my world tilts on its axis. He is 33. I am 18. He's a single dad and my father's business partner. I'm just a kid to him and his enemy's daughter. He's emotionally unavailable. And I am...feeling. Feeling things I shouldn't feel for him. Trent Rexroth is going to break my heart. The writing isn't just on the wall, it's inked on my soul.
Love love love this book. So sad it had to end but loved every steamy minute.
I can't close my eyes...I refuse to. Every time I do, all I see is blood, death, and pain. I can feel it - almost taste it, bringing me back to that night. It doesn't matter that I'm still breathing; I no longer need it, I no longer want it. I despise it along with everything else around me. The only thing I long for is to f--king fade away. I've given up. Until her at least...Avalon. She comes into my world, knocking me on my ass. Once she sees the damage that I'm capable of; she'll look at me like everyone else around me does: with fear.
Love love love this book. We all need a Madison as a friend and a Royal as our protector
When Bree Prescott arrives in the sleepy, lakeside town of Pelion, Maine, she hopes against hope that this is the place where she will finally find the peace she so desperately seeks. On her first day there, her life collides with Archer Hale, an isolated man who holds a secret agony of his own. A man no one else sees.
I love Mia Sheridan’s stories. Grabs your heart and doesn’t let go. True love at its finest!!!!
Would you rather know a truth that makes you feel hopeless, or keep believing the lies? Beloved and bestselling author Colleen Hoover returns with the spellbinding story of two young people with devastating pasts who embark on a passionate, intriguing journey to discover the lessons of life, love, trust--and above all, the healing power that only truth can bring.
Love love love this book. Couldn’t put it down. She outdid herself this time. I love Holder and how attentive and loving he is with Skye.
Sloan will go through hell and back for those she loves. And she does, every single day. After finding herself stuck in a relationship with the dangerous and morally corrupt Asa Jackson, Sloan will do whatever it takes to get by until she's able to find a way out.
I love C.Hoover’s books and this one was no exception. Absolutely gut wrenching and at times made you laugh.
