So, if you're looking for horror, with a side dish of ancient tribal evil, this is your book. It can be read as a standalone, or out of order, and still make sense. insectophobes need not apply, lol. this is one of my go-to authors for shock-value, and a narrator I can count on to deliver a good story. Thoroughly enjoyed , or cringed the heck out, however you want to look at it.

I've really enjoyed the Caulborn series, and I hope the author continues to write in this world. This series is Urban Fantasy at its finest. I've recommended the series to my dad and brother, who both enjoy this genre. The narrator was awesome, and the story was great.

Chock full of deer puns, this new installment in the Bright Falls series did not disappoint. Comedy, romance, and a supernatural mystery all rolled into one. I liked the narrator a lot. Her voice is very versatile, and highly entertaining. Well done!

Looking back with wiser eyes now, my family and I concluded that the events leading up to my transformation started during the summer I turned nine. But the day we realized there was a problem - and there was no turning back - was a week before I started my senior year at Junction City High. That was the day the fangs and claws appeared, and the monster inside me emerged. When mutilated corpses appeared near a pile of brush down by Caney Creek, everything changed.

Really intense thriller with unique characters. I'd forgotten how much I liked this book. I read it in ebook form when it first came out, but I'm really glad I got a copy of the audiobook, too! The narrator really sounds like a young southern woman and totally nails the tone of the main character and her quirky bunch of relatives. There were tons of plot twists and edge-of-your-seat action, and the author did a good job making sure the reader stayed tense. Loved it!

When romance novelist Kate Smith suddenly gets writer's block as she's beginning the final installment of her international best-selling erotic Bed 'n Breakfast series, she'll do pretty much anything to get her groove back. Like sneak into a Tire Depot waiting room because her words flow there just like complimentary coffee - smooth, sweet, and scorchingly hot. She manages to fly under the radar until the rugged and charming mechanic, Miles Hudson, notices the quirky redhead slinking in and out of the employees-only entrance. But she's way too intriguing to blow the whistle on.

I can't tell you how funny the audiobook was! My neighbors probably think I'm crazy because of all the belly laughs this book gave me. The narrators were so perfect! Erin Mallon perfectly captured Daws's voice, with super dramatic flair. And, Teddy Hamilton totally nailed the hot mechanic in my head. I'm so happy I decided to listen to this book, even after reading it.

I really enjoyed both the book and the narrators. I discovered this author on another author's facebook page, and decided to try her books based solely on her male narrator, who is someone I've enjoyed listening to before. At one point, I was out of Wi-Fi range and couldn't download the rest of the book. I I was completely distraught! When I FINALLY got home and was able to finish, my life was complete. If you ever want to know what it's like to slowly turn into a zombie, get some hope in the form of a helpful doctor, and still not know if you're ever going to fully turn, look no further. This story is gruesome, from the alternate voices warring out in the protagonists head to the realistic- sounding descriptions of mauling and mayhem. I can't imagine anything more terrifying than being bitten and slowly losing your humanity. I'm going to need to go read some comedic romance so I can sleep tonight. Well done!

So, our hero is infected and knows it, so he's trying to get his wife and kids to somewhere safe, while also holding out hope for a cure. The doctor treating him in the ER is surprised with his tenacity, and shows some willingness to go above and beyond. This is a race against time, and these six hours are much more hectic than the last. I cannot wait to see/hear what the final outcome is! Great writing amd narration by the author!

So, this story hinges on the fact that it is real, and not an authors imaginary apocalypse. The protagonist is infected, and in a race against the clock to try and find a cure. The story is pretty nuclear, sticking with a proscribed set of people, and doesn't stray into epic multi-POVs. This makes it stand out among the multitudes of zom-pocalypse stories out there. I've probably read books by this author before, and I have definitely enjoyed his narration for other authors. It's always great when an author is talented enough, and has the right equipment, to narrate hos own books. This isn't always ideal, but Salzmam pulls it off with aplomb. My only other quirk I need to address with this series is that it is serial. I have never liked a serial story as much as I liked this one. In fact, I despise cliffhangers, but since this story is already finished, I'm willing to spend a little more than a credit to get all three parts.

So if you were to combine a couples retreat, marriage counselling, and extreme gaslighting, you might come close to what this book's characters endured. All I can say is, the Method works for those who truly need it to, and can keep their mouths shut, and woe unto those who try to break their contracts! And no, I'm not going to tell you who makes it out at the end. This was a skin of the teeth book, from beginning to end. I was literally stunned at the outcome. Both the author and the narraror did an awesome job with this. My only question is: who thinks this stuff up,and who is able to read it with a straight face and convincing tone? My answer lies with this book. Omg.
