A Magical Series

I fell in love with the author's depiction of sentient dragons whose morality rivals those of men. The underlying themes of duty and obedience vs honesty and loyalty resonate with our world today. I only wish the author could continue this series! I look forward to more from Naomi Novik.

Harris has done it again! I've read all her books and love her heroine, Suki Stackhouse, a Southern sweetie with the ability to read other people's minds. And wishes she could lose that aspect of herself. Her friends and lovers, and former lovers are all "supers" - supernaturals. From Dead to Worse has Suki discovering a new and very intriguing relative... or two, during a time of upheaval in the world of vamps and were's, and the people who want them dead. This audiobook kept me listening till far into the night and going to work the next day with dark circles under my eyes from lack of sleep. Can't wait till the next book in this series!
