I gotta say I wasn’t expecting each book in the series to be a different couple but boy am I glad it was.

Kori is a character you won’t soon forget her story is powerful and heart breaking. But soo sweet too because the love she finds is unbreakable.

I really can’t say much without giving a lot away but just know that this book is probably going to be my favorite of the series.

I again loved the narration and can’t wait to dive in to book 3

Usually it takes a good while to like a book 1 because of all the story building and world building but I got to say I really enjoyed this book right from the very beginning to the end. It was easy to get swept away in.

I think because it isn’t your regular “paranormal” meaning vamps and shifter.

I liked the oath part of this whole book, and how giving you your word can and does come to bit you in the booty. But the way Liv and her friends work around their oaths really had me intrigued.

I am not going to give you a summary of the book if you want that then keep scrolling I am sure others have done that.

What I will say is I loved the friend connection and the romantic interest in this book and how things are not always as they seem. I am invested and need to know more about these characters so I am ready to jump on to book 2.

I really enjoyed the narration, I can’t recall ever listening to this narrator but I think she did a good job bringing this world to life in my ears.

I would completely recommend this book if you’re a little tired of the normal paranormal and looking for a great YA story.

Time. That's all I have now. A small room, a photograph, and time. They want me to trust them and confess my sins. They told me they wouldn't judge me - they lied. What a perfect name for what I just listened to!?!?

I don’t know if I liked it… If I hated it… If I loved it…

It has me thinking all kinds of stuff, like what the HECK man!!

I am not a fan of past and present it always messes me up but I will be da – m - ned it I wasn’t intrigued by the present and need to know what happened in the past to get there.

I swear this book has me all kinds of knots I don’t know which way is up or down. Did I like them together? Did I think she was very force full? Did I think he could have resisted?? I don’t know!! I swear I wish I could say yes or no to any of those but I really just don’t know.

And that ending I can’t even tell if I liked it because I am on the fence about it all...

Soooo I am 5 staring this book because of everything I mentioned up there…

And the narration… Well, stick a fork in me cause I am DONE. It was exactly what this book needed.

I never imagined the drama that would ensue once Dwight stepped into my life. All I wanted to do was to make a name for myself - to claim my little piece of the pie - and buy the neighborhood bar I've been working at for the last few years. Little did I know that I'd be attracting the Wolf Brotherhood into my life.

I really liked this more than I thought I would. There are some who just can’t pull off the world building you need to have for short stories. I feel like Meg did a great job not only with the world building but the characters didn’t suffer either there was enough detail for both to really suck you into this mini-series.

I very much enjoyed part one, because you think one way and you find out you’re not entirely right or wrong.
Don’t judge the book by the first part because there is so much more to the story than what happens in part 1.

Part two things really start to come together. And you need to know more, there isn’t really a lot of world-building in this part because we already have most of it from part 1.

And part three just brings it all together. I loved the characters and how they intertwine. I loved that the women are kicked butt girls who did what needed to be done. But I also loved the males that love them because they were there for them no matter what.

I also really liked the narration, I think it was well done for this book and I would listen to more.

Ok so overall the story was good, I am just not a fan of the beginning it really took me a while to get into the book. The struggle for me is “mafia princess” and how she is protecting him only it causes more pain.

I don’t know I just had a hard time connecting with, that then boom a few years later and know it feels like he is going to get some kind of revenge.

It does get better but by then I was really only half listening and I hate that because I normally love these authors.

Maybe it just wasn’t for me and will be for someone else.

I enjoyed the narration they really did a great job.

You know how people say you can never believe what you read on the interwebs? That a hot guy online is probably a creeper with a beer gut and a shoe fetish, not the sexy beast he pretends to be? So I had no clue that the anonymous blogger who contacted my law firm about his naughty website would be droolworthy in real life. Not that I'm interested in him in that way. Attorneys can't go around sleeping with their clients. Not even if he is the most beautiful man I've ever met and so ridiculously smart he makes my nerdy-girl heart sigh.

Eggplants all around!! Hahah
Ok, serious review right. Here we go… :-p
Evie * Josh

Evie is fantastic, I loved her character. She has so much heart it just took some time for her to shine, but shine she does.

Josh.. yummy, yummy Josh has an image to uphold, a family name to keep in good standing, but who is Josh? That is the questions. I kind of loved that he became himself through this story.

Evie has a hard time finding her body sexy, or she tries to hide with baggy clothes. Growing up its hard developing faster or “more” than other girls, guys think exactly what they want. It's sad but girls have to contend with hearsay. So that part of her story I connected with so very well, it was as if it was written about me.

I freaking loved that Josh not only showed her but told her how much her body was a turn on but for her to be proud of it. Don’t hide it, it’s you and you are totally ok, beautiful inside and out.

This story is pretty freaking awesome and I loved that we got to talk about eggplants, and eggplant pictures online. Yep, you heard that right. Girls look too, and like it … What a shocker I KNOW!! Hahaha..

I loved this story from the beginning right to the end, I couldn’t get enough.
I can’t wait to hear about Drew’s story because being the best friend of Josh he was h - e - l - l - a funny but you also see that there is something under what he shows the world. And I want to know what is eating at the guy.
Kendall, Evie’s bestie to she is all smiles and light but you also know there is pain there and I want to know... wait.. need to know their story.

So grab this book... Eggplants, love, and friendship this book has it all.

And the narration top freaking notch! No joke perfect for this book.

Eric is the sweetest most wonderful character I can’t even with how sweet he is. I love that he falls and doesn’t even notice until he has fallen and it wasn’t even for Jean. ;)

Though he does fall for Jean too, just a little later.

His ex/friend is kind of a …… insert a bad word. I totally get why he never spoke up for himself he felt all the guilt but what about all the people around when she was being like that. I wanted to shake my fist!

Jean’s parents were a real trip, and not in a good way… Just saying.

REFRESHING narration!! Don’t get me wrong I love Andi but it was nice to hear someone else narrate a Kylie Scott book I hope we get more new narrators. :)

Worn, faded blue jeans, slow Southern drawls, and those naughty moments in the back of pickup trucks a girl never forgets. Welcome to the world of the Sutton boys. Five brothers who fight, party, and drink a little too much, but, more importantly, they love their momma. Nothing can tear them apart...until the girl next door wins more than one of their hearts.

I am a fan of this author, I love her YA, NA stuff always have probably always will. That being said did I roll my eye a few times… HELL yes, did it stop me from reading the book .. HELL no.

I am not one for he said she said, or the games people play or all the immature stuff but I totally take it from this author every time and I enjoy the heck out of it. Who knows why I just love the characters and the brothers all now have a place in my heart

I want everyone to get an HEA. I am invested now. I am a sucker for a single momma raising boys, she was probably my favorite character in this book because she was totally like a southern momma is in my head.

Dixie and Asher were made for each other and it just took them longer to see it and that is ok because I think they both needed to do a little growing up to truly appreciate each other.

I quite liked the narration and how each brother had their own voice. I can’t wait for more books in this series to come out.

Lane Warner is used to being overshadowed and overlooked. After all, he's the youngest brother and the most laid back one in the family. He's the one known for going with the flow and not making waves, even when things seem to be at their worst. Very few things in life have had the ability to rile Lane up and get under his skin. At the top of that list is his childhood friend Brynn Fox...no...Brynn Warner. The fact that they share a last name was the one thing that has the power to light him up and spin him out of control like no other.

Lane has always been a favorite character of mine. My heart was breaking for him. I really didn’t know if Brynn was good enough for my Lane but she so was.

It only took me a chapter or two to fall in love with Brynn and to see that she was hurting just as much as Lane was. I can’t believe how much she has had to go through in her life.

Her heart is so big you can’t help but want the world for her. I love that Lane is going to be the man to give it to her.

I get it these characters are in college so there is going to be a level of immaturity. But I guess I underestimated how immature this author wanted to make her characters.

I made it to chapter 25 and I just couldn’t go on, too much unnecessary dramalama, too much negative stuff happing to one character.
I just couldn’t go on.

The narration was really good, I held out as long as I did because of them.
