Gracie Jones was little more than a child when Earth was invaded by an alien species. Escaping into the subway tunnels of New York City, she hid in fear of being captured. Discovered by four men who became her protectors, she fought alongside them, and they became known as the Freedom Five. At 17, she made a decision that turned the tide in the war between Earth and the Alluthans, but in exchange, she gave up all that she knew.
Enjoyed the book Narration is good but David still does not sound like a female. One day they may do dual narration on theses books.
After barely surviving a horrific accident, then being held captive for years by Earth Government, Venice must escape the planet. She thinks she's found the answer to her prayers when she contracts to be a deep-space bride - only to find herself facing an even bigger nightmare. Hiding from her con man "husband" aboard his space station, she comes across an intimidating cyborg...one who could just be her last hope.
I enjoy these stories but the narration could be better. I love the dual narration. I do not like hearing women try to talk like a man. Or vice versa. Narration makes a good book better.
What can go wrong overseeing a bunch of android sex bots on an automated whorehouse in deep space? Great job, if Megan doesn’t die of boredom. Then she catches sight of the sexiest male she’s ever seen. On her grainy security monitor, she watches all his sexual exploits with the bots, and fantasizes. But that’s all she can do because he's a cyborg. Then fate steps in. There’s a crash and Megan must escape or die. The cyborgs are rescuing the sex bots - taking them onboard their ship. She knows cyborgs hate humans. They’ll kill her if she asks for help so she devises an insane plan - pretend to be the most realistic sex bot ever made.
Book has a lot of sex could do with a little less. But it was good. Narration would have bee better as a dual read. Man reading guy parts female reading girl parts. Mandy did a good job.
Lt. Jacqueline "Jack" Daniels has seen humanity at its most depraved and terrifying. She's lost loved ones. Come close to death countless times. But she always manages to triumph over evil. Luther Kite is humanity at its most depraved and terrifying. He's committed unthinkable acts. Taken human life for the sheer pleasure of it. He is a monster among monsters, and no one has ever caught him. Each is the best at what they do. Peerless. Unmatched.
great story funny in parts Phil is a wonderful narrator really makes the book come to life. Dawe does a great job also. Narration makes the book
Desperate to escape her stepfather and false criminal charges, Elliana Cage needed a way out fast. It made perfect sense to sneak onboard the first ship departing her home world. When her path crosses with a handsome stranger, she's in for the surprise of her life.
Enjoyed the book and narration Does not seem to be in a series. Worth a credit.
Since most vampire females are not able to birth young, a program is started to ensure the continuation of the vampire species. The vampire elite must fight, fist and fang, for a much sought after place in the program and a chance to date human women. There are a multitude of beautiful human females in attendance. They have been handpicked to ensure that they are irresistible to vampire males. Why is it then that York wants the one female he can't have?
I do not have anythong good to say about this book. I do not know if she writes like this all the time oe if it was just the way she wrote her female

Raised by a tyrannical father, Marion de Lacy yearns for the comfort of belonging to a loving family. So when her father announces her betrothal to an evil knight in exchange for his help to overthrow the king, she concocts a desperate scheme to avoid the marriage: feigning her own death and then fleeing England. But when her plan goes terribly awry and she's captured by the knight, not even her careful preparations could ready her for the Scottish barbarian who rescues her and then informs her that he's to marry her.
I like to listen to Campbell and he does not grade on your ears as a female. But would have been better experience with a female reading female narration.
More than just a bodyguard, a Protector chooses a female to ward for life and swears an oath to die for her if necessary. Enter Leah Roth. The luscious little Earth female is supposed to be just a quick surveillance gig for Grav. He'll check on her and report back that she's okay - it should be easy. Only she's not okay. When Grav sees Leah's abusive husband hurting her, he swings into action.
Cartwright can not sound male. To me the narration makes the book. I just do not understand if you have a male and female narrator, why can't they read a truly dual narration. male read male female read female. Lets use this for entertainment.

Miss Claire Ashford knows exactly what she wants out of life - to marry for love. When she finds herself alone in the woods with none other than notorious rake Ian Michael Caldwell, Viscount Knightly, her chances of a proper match are ruined. He is willing to sacrifice himself for the sake of her reputation, but she is determined not to marry anyone out of obligation.
Book is good Love the narration. All books should be read in this manner
Nila Weaver fell in love. She gifted her entire soul to a man she believed was worthy. And in the process, she destroyed herself. Three debts paid, the fourth only days away. The Debt Inheritance has almost claimed another victim. Jethro Hawk fell in love. He let down his walls to a woman he believed was his cure. For a moment, he was free. But then he paid the ultimate price. There is no more love. Only war. Hope is dead. Now, there is only death all around them.
Series is good. All books should be read like this I am running out of books to listen to
