Everyone needs a way to break free from the pain of their past. By explaining and illuminating a psychological technique known as "reframing", best-selling author Stephen Arterburn puts listeners on the path to freedom from old wounds. Reframe Your Life instructs listeners on how to view hurtful events through a more informed frame of reference, allowing them to look at dark moments from a broader perspective.

I was looking forward to listening to this book as I am very interested in learning about reframing with NLP.
I listened to it for about 40 minutes, and then I just couldn't take it anymore.
It's not that I don't believe in God, I do, but this is too much God-talk for me. Almost every example of refraiming that he mentions is taken from the Bible, at least in those 40 minutes. The first couple of times it was ok, because I, and .maybe most of us, can relate to those examples he came up with.... but it got boring and somehow out of track.

Quantum NLP is the art and science of human excellence. New scientific discoveries show us clearly that we are creating our reality through the use of our language. By teaching ourselves more effective language patterns, our brain automatically forms new neurological pathways that naturally lead to new behaviors and habits.

In my opinion this audio is a goldmine :-)
It might be useful if one is a little bit familiar with NLP before listening.
Have paper and pen ready, or listen to this gem many, many times. That's what I am going to do.
Thumbs up.
