People start dropping dead around Charlie, giant ravens perch on his building, and it seems that everywhere he goes, a dark presence whispers to him from under the streets. Strange names start appearing on his nightstand notepad, and before he knows it, those people end up dead, too. Yup, it seems that Charlie Asher has been recruited for a new job, an unpleasant but utterly necessary one: Death.
I really enjoyed this book! It was funny and original in concept. The narrator was excellent! Highly recommended!
As the world spirals even further down into the abyss of apocalypse, one man struggles to keep those around him safe. Michael stands side by side with his wife, their children, his friends, and the wonder Bulldog, along with the Wal-Mart greeter Tommy, who is infinitely more than he appears. Whether Tommy is leading Mike and his family and friends to salvation or death remains to be seen.
This series just gets better and better! The action, humor, commitment to family in the face of overwhelming odds... All awesome! The narrator is phenomenal and brings the story to life. Highly recommended!
Some people bomb auditions. Sadie Ramirez throws up during her tryouts on TV show America's Top Talent. Her performance is so bad, it earns her a fairy godmother through the Magical Alliance's Pitiful Damsel Outreach Program. Enter Chrysanthemum Everstar: a gum-chewing, cell-phone-carrying, high-heel-wearing fairy godmother in training.
This book was so much fun to listen to! It was a little silly, but it got to be so amazing by the end. I would highly recommend this book. The narrator was excellent!
Hannah Payne awakens to a nightmare. She is lying on a table in a bare room, covered only by a paper gown, with cameras broadcasting her every move to millions at home. She is now a convicted criminal, and her skin color has been genetically altered. Her crime, according to the State of Texas: the murder of her unborn child, whose father she refuses to name. Her color: red. The color of newly shed blood.
I thought this might be a good book. It was outstanding! It was well written. It was riveting. I highly recommend it! It is different from anything that I have ever read. The narrator was superb!
Something strange is happening at the Orsk furniture superstore in Cleveland. Every morning, employees arrive to find broken Kjerring wardrobes, shattered Brooka glassware, and vandalized Liripip sofa beds - clearly someone, or something, is up to no good. To unravel the mystery, five young employees volunteer for a long dusk-till-dawn shift and encounter horrors that defy imagination.
So very cool, different and scary! I was thoroughly engaged from the start to the finish! The narration was excellent! Highly recommended!
Our heroes are dressed in homemade uniforms and armed with prop phasers but soon find themselves defending their hotel and convention center against hordes of flesh-eating undead. Suddenly, all of their useless knowledge about particle physics and old Star Trek episodes has genuine real-world applications! And while hotel employees and regular civilians are dying left and right, our Trekkies summon strength and courage by emulating their favorite starship-voyaging characters
I LOVED this book! It combines zombies with Star Trek. What could be better? It was fast-paced and funny. There was science fiction. Totally awesome! Highly recommended!
In The Apocalypse, the great majority of the men and women who fought with honor - with a sense of duty and loyalty - gave their lives for others, leaving those without honor to flourish and rule. Their rule is not marked by decency or civility, but by wicked brutality. Yet, in some very rare cases, the kind and the noble survived. These hardened survivors learned to live among the undead, but now they must learn how to stay alive among creatures that are far more monstrous: their fellow man.
It was just as good as the first book. It was very uplifting and scary, awesome and sad. It was a roller coaster of action. It was the best and worst of people. Very well written and excellent narration! Highly recommended!

Seventeen-year-old RJ always gets what she wants. So when her soul is accidentally collected by a distracted Grim Reaper, somebody in the afterlife better figure out a way to send her back from the dead, or heads will roll. But in her quest for mortality, she becomes a pawn in a power struggle between an overzealous archangel and Death Himself. The tribunal presents her with two options.
This book was truly a wonderful read! The story was sweet and funny. It was also sad but joyous overall. The narrator was excellent! Highly recommended!
Three months ago, I lost my foster sister, Sienna, to the darkness. As in blood magic and chaos and general mayhem. No one saw it until it was too late, but I should have. Now I have a wounded heart and soul that I can't even reveal to anyone around me, because I'm supposed to hate Sienna with the fiery passion of the justified - and I do.
This second book in the series was just as good as the first book. I really enjoyed the storyline, the different magical creatures and types of magic that were talked about in this book. The storyline was wonderful and the narrator was awesome! Highly recommended.

Gamer. Nerd. Sorceress. Jade Crow lives a quiet life running her comic book and game store in Wylde, Idaho. After twenty-five years fleeing from a powerful sorcerer who wants to eat her heart and take her powers, quiet suits her just fine. Surrounded by friends who are even less human than she is, Jade figures she's finally safe, as long as she doesn't use her magic. When dark powers threaten her friends' lives, a sexy shape-shifter enforcer shows up.
This is an awesome story about sorceress to help save her shift or friends. It was extremely well done and not the run-of-the-mill formula. I highly recommend this book! The narrator was excellent.
