The intertwining of the story lines was clever and engaging. The main character was well developed. But the story line simply became absurd. Less would have been more here.

The performance left me wanting someone else...just so-so.

George Guidall brings Longmire to life in the first 5 minutes. The supporting cast of characters surrounding Longmire are immediately recognizable, particularly if you have lived in Wyo or Montana. Could not wait to get back to the story!

Story was pretty good but the narration was totally lacking. British reader unfamiliar with American pronunciations...amusing and distracting at the same time. And no luck trying to intonate various voices, each character mostly sounded like the bad guy.

I liked most of Methos’ other books and his previous narrators were excellent. But this one missed the mark.
