Lucinda Hamilton settles down in sleepy Reverie, South Carolina, because she's running from the troubles of her past. But when her dangerous ex-husband evades law enforcement, she fears that no amount of running will ever make her safe again. Two women are determined to keep Lucinda's past at bay - the mysterious young nurse living on the other side of Lucinda's duplex, who won't even tell Lucinda her name, and Ardie Brown, an ex-marine who's recently moved back to Reverie herself. It's hard for Lucinda to trust either one; it's even harder to admit that she's falling for both of them.
The only book that made me just think when it ended. not about the book itself but my life, my life growing up in the south. I know pee tend to connect with certain books but I personally never have, until now. and again not with the actual story but the feeling within the story. everyone should give this book a chance but if you are from the south I think you will understand what I just said more.
Amy is stuck in a rut. After graduating, she never left her temporary job at the motorway service station. Daily visits from a mysterious woman are the highlight of her days. Until one day, when the mystery woman vanishes. Amy investigates the disappearance and makes a shocking discovery. Suddenly, she's being framed, and no-nonsense Claudia McAllister is being sent to arrest her. Will Amy's unique approach to evading capture prove successful?
There was allot of time I asked myself "What am I listening too"! It's so dumb funny lol basically to girls with no sense go on the run. they just stumble around and it's very entertaining. worth the time to read or listening. listening is best though, narrator is great.
When people are in need of rescue outside of the walled cities in a werewolf-infested world. Gretta Snow, Recovery Specialist and Wolf Hunter, is the woman to call. Her ability with weapons and combat are just as formidable as her magic and supernatural connection to nature. After saving a boy from a kidnapping outside of Seattle, she finds herself caught up in a plot by the Alpha wolves to protect their own power.
wonderful series! just wished they would come out faster on audible! all around great book, also wished it was longer lol.

Some believe that special someone is out there just waiting to be found. Jorie Andolini is one of those people and has spent a lot of time envisioning that moment. She bumps into a woman at a grocery store, the woman drops a can of peas, Jorie picks it up, their eyes meet, and two souls connect. But it's actually a wasted trip to New York, a snowstorm, and a canceled flight home that puts her in the path of Lena Vaughn.
the best I have heard in a long time. I truly laughed and had a wonderful time with this! and most of all I couldn't put it down and was so sad when it ended! hope the story can continue one day. love to see how their life will continue! PERFECT!

When Daria discovers a breach in the wall while on her patrol, and saves a family from infection by three hungry wolves, Daria herself is saved by a wolf hunter she had believed to be nothing but an urban legend: the Red Hood, Maireni Damaschin. The mysterious woman in a red cloak seems to possess inhuman abilities.
great version of riding hood with a up to date story line. lots of laughs and thrills. you will get sucked in and not wanna stop. and Hollie Jackson always does a wonder job of bring the story to life. best narrator the is!

Samantha Martin may be the leader of Hel, but she is also an imp in debt to a sorcerer. Luckily, he's vowed to wipe away all the favors she owes for one job - retrieve a stolen gem. But Gregory also needs her help. Interdimensional rifts are opening, spilling supernatural creatures into the world of the humans. Locating and closing the gateways takes a team of two - an angel and a demon.
I love these books... Can't wait for the next! And the narrator does a WONDERFUL job of bring the characters to life, you truly feel there in the story... love the laughs

When her best friend Sam comes out as a transgender man, she chooses personal loyalty and friendship over politics. But what if the boy that Sam is becoming is "the one?"
this is a great "finding yourself" book. a great must read or listen whichever you have time for!

Guide dog trainer Lenae McIntyre left the high-speed world of television news writing behind, and now she helps other visually impaired people adjust to life with their canine companions. She teaches her students and their dogs to trust each other, but a past betrayal and the determination to be self-sufficient and independent keep her from trusting her heart to see love. Cara Bradley compensates for her family's shallow celebrity lifestyle by devoting her life to helping others, while keeping to the background.
great book. would recommend it to everyone! worth every minute of my day reading! 5 stars
