In The Wind Through the Keyhole, Stephen King has returned to the rich landscape of Mid-World. This story within a story within a story finds Roland Deschain, Mid-World’s last gunslinger, in his early days during the guilt-ridden year following his mother’s death. Sent by his father to investigate evidence of a murderous shape-shifter, a "skin-man", Roland takes charge of Bill Streeter, a brave but terrified boy who is the sole surviving witness to the beast’s most recent slaughter.
What made the experience of listening to The Wind Through the Keyhole the most enjoyable?
The best thing about this for me was having Stephen King read it to me!! Many times when the author reads a book it isn't too great, but he really brought life to the characters! It was like having a master story teller tell me a story!
What did you like best about this story?
The story, within the story within the story...as told by our old friend Roland
Which character – as performed by Stephen King – was your favorite?
Bill Stoutheart Ross

Yes...but I couldn't cause I listened it in my car
Any additional comments?
It was very entertaining...I loved being able to hear from Roland, Jake, Eddie, Susannah and Oy again...I thought their story was done and we would never hear from them again!
Dexter Morgan is not your average serial killer. He enjoys his day job as a blood spatter analyst for the Miami Police Department... but he lives for his nighttime hobby of hunting other killers. Dexter is therefore not pleased to discover that someone is shadowing him, observing him, and copying his methods. Dexter is not one to tolerate displeasure... in fact, he has a knack for extricating himself from trouble in his own pleasurable way.
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
I like the Dexter TV show and I have listened to all the books. I like them, they are entertaining but this isn't the best of the 5.
Which character – as performed by Jeff Lindsay – was your favorite?
Rita...I love...well...she talks...well...oh...lol...I like the way she talks!!!
If this book were a movie would you go see it?
In pitch-perfect voices, Kathryn Stockett creates three extraordinary women whose determination to start a movement of their own forever changes a town, and the way women - mothers, daughters, caregivers, friends - view one another. A deeply moving novel filled with poignancy, humor, and hope, The Help is a timeless and universal story about the lines we abide by, and the ones we don't.
This was one of the best books, if not the best that I have ever listened to! The readers were excellent...highly recommend!!!
The world is a mess. It seems that everywhere listeners turn, there's another problem. What is needed now are solutions. If only there was a man who could simplify things, cut through the rhetoric, and fix everything. Then, if he was just able to put all of that insight into something that people could buy...in a store and online...man, that would great. Wait a minute!
I really enjoyed this book, love listening to Glenn Beck, he tells it like it is! I just wish it had not been abridged.
