Logan Hendricks is thrilled about his brand new detective agency’s first case, but things weren’t turning out the way they were supposed to, including the attempted murder of one of his brand new employees. Ethan Hendricks wasn’t quite as confident about his grandfather’s new hobby, or that the supposedly straight-forward case of a missing sister was going to be either simple or free of complications. He could only hope it didn’t involve another near miss that could have just as easily proved deadly.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t take long to find out that not everything is as it seems...and that the missing sister’s family isn’t being quite as forthcoming as Logan is being led to believe.
