Great combination of suspense and humor. A truly fun read with interesting characters to follow. Perhaps a series to come?

1st half =5 stars, 2nd half = 4 stars. Total =4.5

This audiobook had me hooked from the beginning. It was well written with a deeply developed main character with strong supporting characters. In the first half the "history" is explained and the mystery identified. The second half reveals several suspects and scenarios for the mystery. In fact, the alternative explanations are so numerous as to be slightly overwhelming. I still very much enjoyed the ride. It seemed like this could be the set-up for a series. If future episodes are as good, MS Frazier will be one of my favorite authors.

A few silly errors but overall Anne delivers over and over again. She keeps you in suspense. I will read more and more of her books. Great job!

I enjoyed listening to this book. It was well paced and well read. Both narrators were perfect for the characters.

There are many stories in one - and all were brought together well in the end.

It is hard to believe the main character is an investigative journalist, yet she is that dense to the world around her.

Kept my interest from start to finish, appropriately unexpected twist and turns, and a satisfying ending. A good read!

let me start by saying….. I’ve had this book in my library for over three months hesitating on listening to it. I can usually figure out who the killer is. I for that kind of book this book blew my mind as soon as you think it’s one person it’s not, I can almost guarantee you will not figure it out until the end. ❤️ amazing story

But Wait?

Everything just fell into place. Reminded me of those infomercials. Just wait there's more & more & more unbelievable coincidences. Lifetime movie stuff. I bought this & others during a sale. i hope the other ones aren't like this.
