Publisher's summary

This box set contains books 31-33.

Starting Over: Wilma Baker was a widow for the second time. She had buried her first husband when her daughters were still young. And now, here she was, burying her second husband when she was only middle-aged.

When other Amish widows rally to support Wilma, how will Wilma's life-long best friend react?

Meanwhile, Wilma's niece Debbie has problems of her own. She has fallen for her ex-boyfriend's brother.

Love and Cherish: Cherish is happy with her new husband on their farm but misses her family and friends. A surprise visitor shows up at their home, revealing a little more of Malachi's secret past.

Amish Neighbors: Does Wilma have an admirer? Cherish does some snooping over a document she found of her late aunt's.

If you haven't started the series yet, it's best to start from the beginning with book one, Amish Cherish, or with the first box set of books one through three.

I like the story of cherish, but the others not so much

I like the character of cherish The Voice of her sister that’s moving by her is absolutely annoying but no one in these stories is more annoying than Ida. That character has been needing to be gotten rid of long ago. She ruins the whole book. Unfortunately, the character, Debbie took a turn for the worse and became very very whiny in the last story. She went from a strong woman that could take care of herself to a crying and whining and bellying aching woman who whines about everything. certain characters in these books flip-flop back-and-forth as far as their personalities almost as if they are bipolar so should you decide to listen to the whole series you’ll like it for the most part but you’ll find the author forgets what she’s written I mean she flip-flops her characters around where it can get confusing, and then with different narrators at one point it really ruined quite a few of the books. The only good narrator is Stephanie Dillard. She is excellent. You can tell the characters apart with the other narrator whose name I do not know every character sounds the same. I definitely recommend listening to the whole entire series which is worth it for your points. You’ll get many hours of enjoyment for the most part you’ll become a part of the family, but as far as authentic Amish, I seriously doubt it, but it still makes for a good read.

Love this series

I absolutely love this series and every time I finish one box set I find myself looking to see if another one is available! I am anxiously awaiting box set 12! I hope the person reading it doesn’t change, that wouldn’t be good for me!
