There's nothing more romantic than an a sexy, alpha biker asking you to be his Old Lady…..but then again, Old Lady in "biker language" means &..Show More »#34;One Hell of a Biker Bi***!" Lol, so it works.
Compared to other short stories in my library, this one is on the top end of my "like" list. Cursed had me hooked from the first chapter, and kept me engaged all the way to the end. Nessa did an outstanding job developing both the story, and characters, while weaving in enough suspenseful drama about Audra, and her attempt to run from her husband, there were times I felt little anxious, and a lot of dread. In addition, Nessa successfully balanced the suspense, with some steamy sex scenes, and Aurda's and Dirk's growing attraction to each other. All in all, a captivating story!
The narration was fantastic. Andy projected a masculine but slightly gravelly voice that was a perfect fit for the characters.

I'm a big MC romance fan! I love the dark, intense, gritty, raw side of the MC world, and the hot alpha bikers! However, compared to other MC st..Show More »ories I've listened too, Wrecked is on the mild side of the MC world. It has language, and a tough biker who's been to prison, but the overall plot felt more like a romantic suspense.
After listening to book one in the Chosen Few MC series, I was ready to dive right into Wrecked, but felt the plot was not as intense or gritty compare to Cursed. Greg Jones is a mechanic who's suffered loss and has been to prison. He's focusing on building a life, and working on bikes. When he meets his niece's teacher, he's immediately attracted to her; however, their attraction was on the lukewarm side, and took a longer to develop.
Melanie is a dedicated and caring teacher, who notices one of her student's has a troubled home life. When she tries to reach out to this student, it back fires on her and her class. Greg, and his MC come to their rescue.
The narration was great. Andy has a deep gravely voice which is perfect for MC characters. I did not use headphones while listening to this story; however, I could see how his voice may be too deep at times for headphones to hear clearly.
I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review, and overall I enjoyed the story. While the plot was not as intense, or as a gritty as other MC's, it was well thought out and flowed naturally. Listening to this story, gave me a break from the darker MC's in my collection, and helped balance my collection.
Disgraced is the third book in the Chosen Few MC series, but could easily be a standalone. I've listened to the previous stories in the series and Dis..Show More »graced is the best one yet! It's a well written, full of drama, action, suspense, chemistry and flowed smoothly. I really liked the H/h in this story.
Some Spoilers: Toni's a kick-a$$ heroine! Due to her mom passing away, she's had to take on the responsibility of raising her 16 year old sister, and earns a living working at the local bar called Sam's. Unfortunately, Toni's attracted the wrong kind of attention from an unstable regular named Perry. She has been avoiding and deflecting his advances which has made him angry and resentful, and now he is set on getting revenge. He's disgusted she would choose a biker, named Luc over him. Luc's a gruff, sexy biker and a member of the Chosen Few MC who's attracted to Toni. Their relationship starts off slowly and builds up the chemistry and attraction between them. When Perry starts acting on his anger and makes multiple attempts to get revenge on Toni, Luc comes to her rescue like a dark knight on Harley! A well thought out and delivered plot.
Andy Ross did a good job on the narration and has a deep voice that's a good fit for an MC character.
