I have read everyone of Karen Kingsbury's novels except this one. I love them all, some more than others, this is ranked kinda low for me. The narrato..Show More »r was a little overwhelming in the "emotional" parts of the book. A decent listen, but unless you want to catch up to the amazing sequel A MOMENT OF WEAKNESS, not sure i'd waste a book credit.
Two thumbs up for a "Moment of Weakness". This audio book is well worth the money spent or credit used. I enjoyed this audio book. The sto..Show More »ry line is very thought provoking. My only complaint is the narrator; in my opinion, her voice does not fit the characters; also her range of voices is very limited especially for men, in fact her men sound more like women. Even though the narrators voice is very irritating this is still a very good story and worth the time to listen to. In spite of the narrator I still give this book five stars.
Didn't like this book as well as others.. Had to fast forward through some of it. I dislike sequels that retells the story from previous books in th..Show More »e sequel. Three very sad story lines in one book. However, did have a happy ending.
