Olivia Kiskey needs a change. She’s been working at the same Nodaway Falls, New York, waffle house since she was a teenager; not a lot of upward mobility there. She’s been in love with Tobias, the cook, for the last four years; he's never made a move. Intent on shaking things up, Olivia puts her house on the market, buys a one-way ticket to Europe, and announces her plans to her friends - but then she meets Davina Granville, a strange and mystical Southern woman....

I really hope this turns into a series...

I prefer both... first time reading on my own but then having Amanda Ronconi breathe a new life into the story is great.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Molly Harper, but the writing styles are way similar. I enjoyed the first book and this book is no different. Instead of f..Show More »

Eliot Parker's good-for-nothing deceased husband has left her a new lease on life: a house in sleepy Nodaway Falls, New York. But his offer comes with a cost: his ghost.... As if being married to him wasn't hard enough! Nodaway Falls turns out to be a town with more than a little magic in the air. Eliot swore off using her own powers 16 years ago, thanks to one catastrophic day when she lost the only people who ever mattered to her.

    Amanda Ronconi is the best!

I would listen to the phone book if Amanda was the narrator :-) I thoroughly enjoyed this series and can't imagine anyone else narrating it. it was pr..Show More »
