In this episode you listen to the Conclave and what decision they are going to take... I'm not liking the length of each episode , i believe it woul..Show More »d have been better if they are a bit longer. But here you get to know some technologies and the human division getting bigger and bigger.
Thats it, this series is in my A list .... the sabotage, the plot, the mysteries are really great... I was at work while listening to this one, and i..Show More » couldn't focus mch at work the whole time.. had to go for a break to focus on the book..
In this book you see more and more into the human division, and who are trying to create more conflict between Earth and the Colonial Union... It got tense in a point in the book but then you have your B team to save the day, well mainly Wilson as usual.
i can't wait to see what will happen in the end of this series, but i think its going to be great.
Another good episode from John Scalzi's "Human Division", chock full of the wit and humor that makes his series so popular and enjoyable. Although the..Show More » issues in this volume are ones that have been covered in sci-fi before, Scalzi's delivery is very much his own.
STORY - This is one of my favorite episodes in this series. Scalzi managed to cram a pretty good plot with a twisted ending into 38 minutes, which sh..Show More »ould be some sort of record. This story takes place on earth (contrary to many of the others) and is about trying to solve the mystery of a murder that took place on a vessel in outer space. As far as I can tell, the story stands alone, but I suppose Scalzi might somehow tie all these short stories together in the final episode.
NARRATOR - Good job but not particularly impressive.
OVERALL - Definitely worth 69 cents and 38 minutes of your time!
The thrilling conclusion to Scalzi's serial "The Human Division" series nevertheless ends with a wide-open story still to be told. We finally get the ..Show More »biggest space battle yet, along with some harrowing scenes of danger facing our principle characters. If you've followed the series up till now, you will be satisfyingly rewarded, yet salivating for more. Lets hope the sequel, in whatever form it may take, will come out soon!
