worst narrator, I've heard so far
I am going to buy the book, because I think the author has some good concepts, and I want to read this story. I just couldn't finish listening to thi..Show More »s audio book.
The reason I listen to audio books is because I can work with my hands and let the narrator read to me, while I'm doing things around the house and in the yard.. this narrator was so bad, that I literally had to give up trying to listen to it. I just don't have the patience to try to interpret every single sentence for correct inflection and tense. It's as if the narrator didn't even bother to learn what punctuation in a sentence does. I really hate writing negative reviews, but these books are to expensive not to warn the next person.
The mystery virus struck down millions. Three days later, its victims awoke with a single violent purpose: spread the Infection. As the world lurched toward the apocalypse, some of the Infected continued to change, transforming into horrific monsters. America's far-flung military has returned home to wage a horrific war against its own country, engaged in a fierce battle to retake Washington, DC. Two hundred miles away, Ray Young awakes from a coma to learn he has also survived Infection.
MUCH better than the first book.
