I loved Acheron and there are a lot of other good Dark Hunter ones mixed in there, too, but some here lately have just not seen anything new and a little boring. If you like Kenyon, I believe you will enjoy this one, too.

This is definitely not a stand alone book as you will be hopelessly lost and you'll miss 2 other great books in the series.
But that said, it was thoroughly enjoyable with great characters from Bks 1 & 2 and the relationship between Evalle, Storm and Isaak is coming to a head. Lots of action, ultimatums, promises, betrayals and disappointments as the story moves you along to the next level. Slight romance - would have liked more.
