When I first bought the paperback book about 6 years ago I had expected more sex, but by the time I got engrossed in all of the men in Carlotta's life I was just as enthralled by all of the sexual tension! Jeeze.
Anyway. I love these books. There're more coming out next year, and I can't wait. Go for it.
Oh, and I almost never know who the "bad guy" is. It's ridiculous. I re-listen to these more frequently than I do any other books in my library.

These stories are wonderful, but thumbs down on performance.
