This was a fair story, if you like military jargon and tactical language this would be a good story for you. Very masculine in the execution of the s..Show More »tory, which is fine as the genre is one I like but I know it is not for everyone. There are villains and they are well developed and the good guys are cut from the right fabric and are a very wholesome type of heroic man. The politics are well presented and roll within the fabric of the story without much friction. The story has some ability to build tension and has some surprises but in the end things work out like you expect, not that that is a disappointment, the ending is fine and produced with some excitement and leaves you feeling good about the world. If you like military styled masculine action stories then this would be a good pic. Recommended for that audience.

Therefore, the premise might be plausible. Personally, I was glad that Holly was the ultimate hero.
This is the best of the green beret series so far. Mayer made this feel more relatable to nonmilitary audiences, but still a thrilling ride of "what ..Show More »if" for those of us with military backgrounds. All around great read.
