Buster moved in with Roy Hattersley, former deputy leader of Britain's Labour Party, in December, 1995. Now "the most famous dog in Britain," he began to dictate these diaries soon after his arrival from the Animal Rescue. His principal interests are sniffing, putting his head in holes, and attempting to dominate his human companion from whom he is inseparable. He divides his time between London, Derbyshire, and any hotel that will have him.
