As I attend state and national gaming conferences, there's not too many tribal executives (at least at the time of writing this book) that have any real gaming operations experience. I am truly one of the lucky and skilled tribal executives who knows first-hand what it's like to have to go through tough economic times as well as the happy times when the champagne was uncorked every January because we just broke another revenue record.
My hope is that this book will help those out there who need to know how to get their lives back on track. For some reason, in between the time when our ancestors roamed this earth to the current point we're at today, we've lost our power. My goal is that the words in this book will help you look at your life a bit differently. Just remember that doing the same things you've been doing will net you the same results.
