This is a 65 minute Yin Yoga Class, it uses a series of held postures and various breathing techniques to release muscular stress and tension and bring many other benefits. It is a natural progression from Yin Yoga Class 1 and provides a different sequence of postures to form an easy to follow restorative class. The class is instructed by Charlotte Saint Jean.
