Guilt is a funny thing; it weighs on our conscience until we find a way to resolve it, usually through admitting that we are wrong, taking responsibility, and hopefully receiving forgiveness. But even if we are not forgiven, just humbly admitting that we’ve done wrong can be a very powerful thing. So tonight, we are going to go into deep relaxation and practice that, using the Hawaiian reconciliation practice called Ho’oponopono, which means “correction”… and with it, we can relieve ourselves of the burdens we carry. My anxiety about sleep is gone!



I just want to say Jessica is amazing! I have anxiety and therefore I have insomnia and I have been falling asleep every night for 7 hours or more since I started listening to these episodes! Thank you!!

I'm amazed!

I honestly don't recall hearing the story itself because I was actually able to relax enough that I fell asleep as it began. most rested I've felt in years! thank you for a wonderful night's rest!

Addicted and Grateful

What have I stumbled upon? True MAGIC! It changed my life, I can't wait to turn off the TV and rush off to watch 'imagination TV with Jessica'!!! So grateful - most nights hubby and I listen together, which is a totally new couples activity for us! I am so happy and excited that I have a ton of episodes left to discover. JUST AMAZING !!!

Ive always had trouble sleeping since I could remember. Ive been listening to sleep magic for about two weeks now every night before i go to bed and i absolutely love it. I recently started back reading and stumbled across this podcast looking for other motivations or inspiration for my anxiety depression insomnia or PTDS caused by and overwhelming life and grief. (mother and father passing 2 months apart 2023 and a grandmother in 2019) Sleep magic has helped me feel so much calmer mentally and helps relax me at night so i am able to sleep peacefully throughout the night even if i was to wake up in the middle of the night. I wish l found sleep magic sooner.

Jessica puts me to sleep within minutes!

I am so high strung and neurotic during the day running my own business and family. I juggle so much that it's hard to relax my mind enough to fall asleep or stay asleep. Jessica's podcasts help me fall asleep quickly and also help me find my way back to sleep when I awake in the middle of the night and my brain wants to solve the worlds problems haha thank you! please keep doing these podcasts!

I am not sure if I have ever slept better! Six months and no plan to stop!
