For this episode we asked Mary to come in a talk to us from her perspective on mental health as someone who runs a non-profit focused on helping those who are struggling find a better life through the power of service animals and community. May is mental health awareness month and we wanted to highlight some of the things people struggle with and some of the ways we all can cope with the stresses of life.
