    3) Plan It:

    Create a detailed plan outlining the steps you need to take to turn your dream into reality. Break down your goal into smaller, actionable tasks, put them on your planner, and set deadlines for each step.

    4) Live It:

    Live your vision every day by prioritizing tasks that align with your goal, staying focused, and overcoming obstacles as they arise. Set up accountability through a friend, coach, or therapist.

    5) Love It or Leave It:

    Regularly assess your progress and evaluate whether your goal still aligns with your values, passions and life.
