Lawsuits from those damaged

This was a very interesting case because one reasonably expected a medical company to do screening for genetic defects when selling genetic material

Useless Courts

Excellent narration and interviews. This episode deals with the Georgia courts, well what can you say they totally ignore the facts of negligence of the corporate entity and make the parents feel guilty. The take home is two fold first never use a sperm bank second if you want reproductive justice stay out of a Georgia courtroom.

Read the small print

The sperm bank had a disclaimer stating the details in the catalog were not verified. These parents chose the donor because they wanted super intelligent children but they themselves were too stupid to read the small print.

Still overhyped

There is legitimate issue an informed consent, but it's not complicated. Also a legitimate issue an consequences, which is interesting but not well explained.
