the series was very interesting

I thought the series was done really well. It's shown me that the entire thing was based in cynicism, greed and wilful ignorance By all parties - even the financial regulators for whom it should have been literally impossible to not know that a scheme worth 65 billion dollars was not bona fide. It seems that the reluctance to ask too many questions or dig too deep, lest you upset the goose that lays the golden egg flies away. Which loops back to the greed, cynicism and wilful ignorance. There is a dirty vein running through the banking/financial industry. How disappointing.

Educational and Entertaining

I never understood how the Madoff scheme worked, until now. This is a very good podcast narrated in a manner that holds ones attention from start to finish.

Interesting but overdone

I liked the general content and information but the music was cringy and annoying and the into and exits of each episode made me want to mute everything. I think it was the nails on chalkboard type of music mixed in. for a story like this I feel less would be more. give the content without overproduction of music that takes away from listening.
