More and more often we hear of someone passing away from suicide. It is a topic that is uncomfortable for so many but one that needs to be discussed more. Jackie shares what is means to have suicidal ideation. She explains how to be a good listener and provides language to support someone living with suicidal ideation. She offers tools to help those who are suffering with suicidal thoughts and gives encouragement to those who have survived the suicide of a loved one. Yes it is an uncomfortable topic but it is one that needs to be brought out in the light.
