• Ep 73: Embracing Change
    May 28 2024
Change can be challenging and exciting. Regardless, change will continue to happen and much of it is out of our control. Rather than resist change, we can choose to embrace it. Easier said than done of course. Understanding our fears, listening to our intuition, and practicing the courage to show up in alignment with our true selves are critical to embracing change. In this episode, we discuss our thoughts about change and recent challenges. Disempowered vs. empowered relationship to change Things out of our control Change rocks our identity My most recent biggest change Cultivating a sense of home within Non-transactional way of being Slowing down Intuition leading us through change Intentional practice in responding to change Embracing change for what? ------------------------- Connect with Jeff: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching Connect with Tatsu: Website: https://tatsuyafushimicoaching.carrd.co/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuya-fushimi-acc-0513a22/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

  • Ep 72: The Comfort Zone
    May 21 2024
The comfort zone is dynamic and constantly changing. Our awareness of the edge and intention to push the edge outward is critical for growth. Pushing the edge creates stress on our minds and bodies. Therefore, doing so with a big purpose and deep meaning would be valuable to transmute the stress into further inspiration. The compounding of stress for little purpose is unsustainable and unfavorable. In this episode, we explore nuances of the comfort zone. Stepping into and out of the comfort zone It takes time to create a comfort zone The comfort zone is constantly changing Awareness of our progress Knowing the edge Bigger purpose naturally pushes us out of our comfort zone Comparison traps aren’t sustainable Reflecting on ourselves is key ------------------------- Connect with Jeff: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching Connect with Tatsu: Website: https://tatsuyafushimicoaching.carrd.co/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuya-fushimi-acc-0513a22/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi

    May 7 2024
We typically have a strong aversion to identifying as a failure. Many of us learned to fear failure at an early age because it meant an ocean of disempowering beliefs about ourselves. The word fail is laced with judgment and shame. And this has been passed down for generations. But what if we recreated our relationship to failure? How would our way of being shift? How much more could we grow? In this episode, we discuss nuances surrounding failure. • Ep 68: What’s The Vulnerable Support You Need?
    Apr 23 2024
How practiced are you at asking for support? How clear are you about the support you actually need? Many of us are conditioned to be good at giving help and offering it but not at receiving help or asking for it. Offering to give help and asking to receive help are doorways to deeper connection and intimacy. However, an overall imbalance in giving and receiving support can create depletion and stagnation of energy. Further, getting supported on a surface level is entirely different from on a deeper vulnerable level. Vulnerability in asking for support Being clear on what you need Costs of not being supported From fully supported in the womb to not needing full support afterwards Shame and support Expectations and independence Self-judgment and judgment from others Saying “Yes” to support Simply sharing what you’re up to can invite support ------------------------- Connect with Jeff: Website: https://jeffmillercoaching.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffmillercoaching/ IG: @jeffmillercoaching FB: https://www.facebook.com/jeff.miller.7965 Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/jeffmillercoaching Connect with Tatsu: Website: https://tatsuyafushimicoaching.carrd.co/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tatsuya-fushimi-acc-0513a22/ IG: @tatsuyafushimi FB: https://www.facebook.com/tatsuya.fushimi.9/ Books: https://www.amazon.com/author/tatsuyafushimi
