  • Kindness Vs Authenticity
    Aug 31 2023

The be kind is defined as "to be of a sympathetic or helpful nature"

The word "kind" has been a hot buzzword that we've seen used in endless tag lines for years now... but is "choosing to be kind" actually helping the collective or is it hindering us?

Does kindness create a space for people to show up fully expressed or does it pressure people into silence in fear of offending?

Is it possible to be both kind AND 100% true to yourself?

These are the concepts and questions I invite you to explore with me in this episode of the audaciously aligned podcast.

  • Does Wisdom Come With Age?
    Jul 25 2023

Wisdom is defined as "the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise."

Many cultures have references to wise women, elders, or counsels of elders.

Which begs the question... does age beget wisdom or is it something deeper? Maybe something that a lot of elders today aren't or haven't been able to tap into.

And is age the only way to gain wisdom? Can a 24-year-old hold just as much wisdom as a 60-year-old or, in some cases, even more?

These are the concepts and questions I invite you to explore with me in this episode of the audaciously aligned podcast.
