  • In the fall of 2019, Adam Williams left Utah to escape prosecution for multiple felonies. He and his wife, Amanda Noverr, planned to flee the country and start a new life in Mexico, but they needed to steal a vehicle first. They targeted James and Michelle Butler, a married couple traveling the country in their RV and happened to be at the same campsite.
