Mental Health Awareness Week 2021 in the UK falls between the 10th and 16th of May. In the spirit of that, Fran and Cass tackle the topic of mental health with a (slightly) more serious attitude in this week’s EXTENDED episode of A Higher State of Mind. Join the ladies as they discuss their own experiences dealing with anxiety and panic disorder, being on medication, and how to help someone who is having a panic attack.
