Growing up he often felt craved a sense of belonging and validation that didn't get from his people. Through self-discovery and therapy, he learned to become a caring presence for himself which he now brings to his work as a psychotherapist. He specializes on working with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues with individuals. His main approach is Internal Family Systems which combines mindfulness and self-compassion in an easy-to-follow style. He also draws from his extensive training in CBT.
