This episode, I am guiding you through the basics of house hunting. Where to look for your home, how to decide what you are looking for, what you need and what you want.

Then in our interview I am talking to Melanie Murphy, author and vlogger, who tested out our Irish Home Buyer's Journal and now is the proud owner of her first home. She talks through her trials and tribulations in buying a home, a self-employed and creative person, plus how she found the whole home buying process.
