However, a real estate agent with that knowledge comes to the field with a breadth of experience most realtors just don’t have. What an experienced investor can bring to the transaction table includes recognizing when someone is a baby investor and needs a realtor with the time to teach them. They can spot a great deal and realize when the agent on the other side of the table isn’t going to be easy to work with. In this episode of The Art of Agency, Basia Bubel joins Jonathan and Mallory to talk about her transition from investor to real estate agent.
