How to care for a woman during childbirth

.. and all the herbal remedies you may need for almost any aliment you can think of.

Already on my third listen, and did purchase a hard copy as well. My only thought was that it should be a accompanying PDF with some of the charts from the book since it is hard to having to re-listen to everything.

I am reading pharmacognocy at uni at the same time as reading this book, and they really compliment one another well! Would wish everyone got to hear the contents of this book, it is well thought out and leads the listener gently towards more knowledge.

I cried after reading how you should take care of woman during child birth, it is the opposite from how they do it here in Sweden (very stressed) and the description in the book was exactly how I would have wanted it! Now I choose to give birth at home because the hospital (that is the norm here) was too scary and if I had someone taken the advice from this book it would have been amazing.

Overall hearing this book was really helpful. The advice is very clear and yet there are pre-cautions listed and room to be creative. I have written a long list of herbs that I am going to collect this year and are continuing to build up my own apothecary. Thank you for the inspiration.
