Beautiful and pure love story from start to finish. Ella Frank is an amazing writer.

Narrators are perfect

Once Gabe and Marcus reconcile, they are such a great couple. Their accomplishments in music and news made them like peers, which balanced out the age gap. And Logan (from Temptation series) giving Gabe sound relationship advice was the icing on the cake.

I much have listened to the series at least 5 times now. It was an excellent book! The storyline, low angst, and the narrators were perfect! I mean perfect!!!!!!

Truly delightful to be brought back into Logan’s world with this perfect story of Marcus and Gabe. It’s been a long time since I’ve cried at the end of any story. This duet was beautifully written, and the main characters were incredibly lovable. It was such a joy!

Aiden’s and Tim’s performances were perfect!

The characters make this story an entertaining read/listen. For some reason I wanted a bit more bite to the plot, but seeing pieces of Gabe's life slide into place had a strangely soothing quality.

I enjoyed the story as a low angst age gap romance, and I will probably listen again to see if it has a different impact when I am in a different mood.

I was so anxious for more of Ella's Chicagoverse that I actually read both books in this series while waiting on the audio version (unusual for me) and she just never disappoints. Loved the Prime Time Series and was thrilled to see Marcus get his story and revisit the people from the cast of Prime Time, and Gabe is such a little minx. It wasn't too bad waiting for book 2 for the HEA because Ella didn't leave a big gap between publications. I was really stoked Aiden Snow was narrating - he can read a phone book to me all night long! Lord that man has a voice. Maybe because this was the Intentions "Duet" I was hoping for duet narration instead of dual. I had not heard a narration by Tim Paige before and I very much liked his portrayal of Gabe, but I have to say his reading of Marcus was so off from Aiden's that it was jarring and really distracting to me. I realize narration can be a very personal choice. In Tim's defense, I just heard him in a novella that was well done but the pair up in Intentions was enough to put me off a re-listen. I'm sure the Intentions ebooks will get a workout though. Overall, this is still such a great story that everyone who loves Ella should get Intentions. My comment in no way takes away from how wonderful these two books of Ella's are.

Having completed book 1, Bad Intentions, this was worth the buy and completion. HEA satisfying! Wish there were more to enjoy with this couple.
