Good but...

So far I've like this series a lot...

but once again, like so many books it has, what I call, a stupidity problem...

When you are being chased by someone who is trying to kill you and you get the upper hand and don't kill them you are really stupid...this kind of idiotic storyline just ruins the the entire series.

I still recommend this series so far

Painfully dumb twin brother

Overall it's a decent story but I hate that the black guy (alien) named Bomani is a traitorous drug dealer and that Jaden is incredibly dumb and weak power wise. I understand that Jaden is very young but many of the things that he does not know are things that a lot of people know before they are twelve years old. He asks stupid questions most of the time and doesn't seem to understand a lot of things. I really wonder why he is even in the novels. So basically the black man(Bomani) is bad and the black teenage boy(Jaden) is stupid and weak.
