great ways to lose weight

Forget those diet plans. Instead, try Mr. McCloud's easier options to weight loss, that include things like upgrading your plain, boring salad with things like chicken, because eating a plain salad will simply leave you feeling hungry. Other ideas include having a bottle of hot sauce handy to add to things like fish, eating in places like the kitchen or dining room to avoid overeating, the importance of eating a healthy breakfast, and eating more slowly in order to feel full longer.

I want to lose weight but don't want to try an actual diet, so I'm happy to try many of the tips Mr. McCloud offers instead.

Losing Weight Has Never Been Easier!

Have you listened to any of Joshua Mackey’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Joshua Mackey is always pleasant to listen to. I'm very impressed with how he manages to not make a single mistake throughout the entire (hour long!) reading.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Absolutely. Keeping my weight own has always been a struggle. I've actually listened to it about 3 times now!

The weight loss industry makes billions of dollars each year by making false promises to people who just want to make a change.

This book puts and end to the double-talk, confusion, and false messages that circulate the weight loss industry. Buy this book to the straightforward, clear guide to weight loss.

Even Busy People Can Loose Weight

What did you love best about Lose Weight?

This book explains everything you can do to lose weight, not just stop eating. It goes into exercises you can do, supplements you can take to burn calories, body cleansing, sleeping enough, and how to make your metabolism move a little faster.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Lose Weight?

The book teaches you to make your own customized diet plan that is only an easy 5 steps.

Joshua Mackey could make the most boring subject sound good. He does a great job at sounding enthusiastic with this subject.

A Holistic Look at Weight Loss

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

The Lose Weight book is a balanced and comprehensive look at successful weight loss strategies. It includes not only the "what" of how to lose weight but also the "why" behind the strategies. Every exercise recommended is linked to online instructions where you can actually see how to do it properly. Minimizes chance of injury.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Lose Weight?

Several tips stuck out to me, among them:eat more frequently but small amounts, so you aren't tempted by hunger to overeat later.Spend as much time outside as you can (not just for physical health; it helps emotions and motivation)

Which scene was your favorite?

Since this is not a fiction tale, there are not "scenes" per se. However, the book is liberally sprinkled with personal examples by the author, so you feel you are learning from a real person, not just a weight-loss academic source.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

A way to balance your life so you can lose weight.

I liked the excuse the author gives me to be restless and to fidget as a way to burn energy.

Lose weight and keep it off

Losing weight can be hard especially with all the contradicting science and professional recommendations. This book puts all that aside and delivers easy to follow tips, workouts, supplement information and much more. My favorite aspect was the chapter about developing habits rather than dieting. Often times people diet to lose weight but put it right back on once they end the diet. This book allows you to make permanent changes and habits that set on a path to long-term, sustainable weight loss. Loved this book!

Refreshing Weight Loss Book

Lose Weight by Ace McCloud is a great listen on the top 100 things you can do to lose weight and look/feel better. The dieting tips really did work great for me. I also enjoyed learning about which foods are better to eat over others and how to implement exercise into my daily routine.

Step up and be healthy!

Anyone who has struggled with the weight roller coaster or who has a hard time losing weight in the first place can benefit from the tips and ideas offered in this book. If you could sum up Lose Weight in three words, what would they be?

This book has a bunch of great ways to lose weight! There are so many ways to lose weight out there and this book has them. Who says you need a costly gym membership in order to lose weight? Get this book and find out how to let the pounds fall off.
