Publisher's summary

"The essential and best-selling guide to understand how nicotine addiction works."

Through substance abuse counselor notes, you may come to find that heroin addicts find it more difficult to quit the use of nicotine than heroin. The world has the perception that heroin is the most addictive drugs, but the deaths caused by nicotine make death's caused by heroin seem minuscule. Find out about the world's number one addiction, and how it eventually may be cured.

More deadly than Heroine and less fun

Nicotine addiciton is a terrible thing, it affects millions of people and is harder than adamantium to quit. My mother, who has tried to quit since she was 20 is in her 70's and still has to sneak off to smoke; she doesn't realize that we know she does this. So I know the difficulties people face when confronting this horror. Clinger does a great job detailing what addiction and nicotie are, and the various methods that have been employed to free people from the shackles of their addiction to it. He lays everything out quite nicely, and explains ways to overcome the demon. He also does so in under 15 minutes, so this is really great for someone who is eager to quit. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest.

I think that Charles Orlik does the material justice, he is pleasant to listen to, and very easy to understand.
