I thought I was well educated about coconut but this book proved me wrong. You really can’t go wrong with coconut- the benefits are amazing with little to no cons. Coconuts change your life for the better. Must read!

The book has great content and has me thoroughly convinced I need to incorporate more coconut oil into my life. It's sad that we've come to the point where we need to relearn what humans have known for thousands of years but sadly that's where we are.

Seven of talk about oil seems daunting but I can assure you it goes by quickly and isn't the least bit boring or overly scientific.

To be honest, I almost gave up immediately when I heard the readers first few sentences though. His style and tone don't match this type of content whatsoever.

It was a informative and interesting. I'm using coconut oil now and feel great but I'm make a lot of life changes to my diet too the suggestions the book gave that I've used have worked. Hope this helps

I had already gained a taste for coconut and tropical fruits. I am more interested now than ever to change up my dietary habits. Coconut oil is essentially the cure all superfood. I have already taken steps to starting the coconut oil miracle and am curious to see what changes in my life. Better health, losing weight or looking and feeling better with coconut oil found in shampoo and body lotion. The narrator’s nasally congested voice kinda annoyed me but I didn’t reflect on it too much… Coconut a medicinal remedy for just about everything. But could it help sinus pressure and nasal congestion? Apparently it can because several references use coconut in orange juice to help fight off a flu coming on or the common cold which has no real cure. Coconut oil could cure cancer, lesions and sores like herpes and kill harmful parasites and bacteria. It flips nutrition on its head by saying coconuts have good saturated fat and fatty acids. Unlike convention oils like vegetable oil. It was informative.
