I love this series, the main character is humble and witty. Oberon the dog is hilarious, although, I don't see how Bacon Lattes would be tasty!!! I find my self researching some of the gods mentioned and have learned a little bit about mythology. Great series, light and fun all around!!!

I'm really into this series, love the characters & the story line, and the narrator is fantastic. The ending makes it pretty obvious that there will be more to come, and I'll be buying it on the release day. At least I hope there is another book and that events take a turn for the better, as it would be hard to get any worse. I don't want to post any spoilers, but the hero is supposed to be a couple thousand years old. Based on the decisions he makes in this installment you have to wonder how he ever lasted that long. Sheesh! Hope he hurries up with the next book, dying to find out what happens.

I had a little trouble getting into this book...The beginning is fairly abrupt and would be confusing if you didn't read the books in order.

The attention to mythological detail thoughout this series is very impressive and the dialog is still great. That said, the story felt much darker than the previous two books. There is still plenty of humor but the tone felt different.

I'm looking forward to the next book - anxious to see if the more somber tone is the new direction of the series. The character of Ouboron continues to provide laugh out loud fun but Atticus is starting to take himself a little to seriously for my taste.

I love this series and would count it amongst my favorite . The stories are amazing and the narration by Luke Daniel's make the tales come to life. They are a masterpiece.
