Good overall tips and techniques for negotiating

What did you like best about Smart Negotiating? What did you like least?

I liked the techniques and tips. Good stuff. The added sound effects in the audio was annoying though. This would have been 4 stars without the extra noise.

get rid of the unnecessary sound effects. It distracts from the performance.
