The Personality Code is an excellent book if you want to understand yourself and others. It has great suggestions on how to mange each personality type.

The book includes a complimentary IDISC test for you to learn more about your personality profiler. Once you take the test, you can view your unique personality report online and have access to an ongoing, customized score report and goal-tracking system.

A must have if you want to have better relationships with those around you!
