Publisher's summary

Power! Sex! Money! Fame! The new Hollywood wives are back with a vengeance. Whatever they don't have, they want - and whatever these women want, they get.

Unlike their counterparts in the '80s, who were happy to give charity dinners and exclusive parties to further their husbands' careers, today's Hollywood wives are hungry to create their own identities. These ladies are into achieving everything their famous husbands have and more, and will stop at nothing for a chance in the spotlight.

Ambitious, young, smart and lethal, the new Hollywood wives are into yoga, fasting, spinning, Pilates, their own production companies, and making things happen.

Hollywood Wives: The New Generation explores the secrets of the women in today's Hollywood: their loves, their passions, their affairs, and most of all, their ruthless ambitions. As always, Jackie Collins views Hollywood and its inhabitants with an insider's eye. Jackie's fabulous take on the new breed will shock and surprise, amuse and startle.

don't bother

I'm not sure which was worse..the beginning, the middle or the end. Nothing to the book and definitely not worth the time to download, never mind the hours necessary to listen to it.

Worth thre money (if on sale)

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Yes, borrow mine, save your money. Conflicted about this one, I am a huge 'Jackie Collins" fan and have read most of her books (now moving ont to audio versions) I dont know if it's me, this book or Jackie herself reading it. Something was off (or just me)

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

Typical Jackie Collins ending, All roses and hearts

Have you listened to any of Jackie Collins’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

didnt care too much of the story line it was predictable and slow. I think I would of liked to hear a man narrate this story

worst ever

I've never written a review before, but just had to warn listeners how terrible this book was. I couldn't even finish and I usually listen to at least 2 books a week. The story was non-existent, the characters unlikable, and the author's reading didn't add anything. Save your time.
