Publisher's summary

I'm stumbling around with no memory, no idea who I am, or how I came into existence.... I mean, I know my life didn't just start. The pain in my ankle and arm tells me something happened, perhaps something terrible. If only I could remember....

This planet is magical or cursed. I'm not sure which. Things appear and disappear before my eyes, terrifying monsters trying to devour me. I'm alone and frightened. And then I stumble upon them: three delicious-looking guys with hard bodies. They strip naked, transforming into powerful animals like prehistoric wolves. But I know this is some trick of the mind. I know they can't be real. I've been fooled too many times. Still, I watch, enjoying the show my mind has created....

Every day, they return. Maybe they are real.... Are they being held prisoner by the spider creatures? Am I like them? Did I escape and leave them behind? After days, perhaps weeks of searching and never finding anyone else, I decide to rescue them. Maybe.

They look dangerous. And I want them.

Contains mature themes.

Funny, hot and deadly

This was a great listen. There’s lots of adventure and sexy times. This is a little RH.
It’s a fun read I really don’t know what to say about it other than I enjoyed it and listen to it in sitting.

The Kintolf

Not bad. It’s a quick story, just enough heat and adventure. I’m used to longer stories with more detail. If you are just getting into shifter stories this is a good introduction.
The reader had a pleasant voice, it lowered in a sexy tone during the intimate scenes.
Overall a 4, not perfect but acceptable.

Surprisingly good!

This little book has a little bit of everything. The FMC is capable and intelligent, the Males are diverse in affection and temper. There is fighting, loving, and humor. The couplings did not feel strange or forced. It’s a medium burn.

certainly more than expected

She had no memory. She could not understand the things happening. She could not remember if she was a part of the group she finds. Did she escape? Could she do what they can do? Why is her skin not blue? Why can't she remember?

One woman. Three males. Strange spider things. Strange stinky killing things. A daring rescue. Not able to remember her name. She take the name given to her by the males she rescued, Astra. She likes this name but as time goes on and she sees various things. She begins to remember. Tia was her real name and she is someone of great importance. Her three companions were sexy, strong, different, and intense. Moak, Bastian, and Serkan have a bit more than meets the eyes. There was a whole story there. I did find it entertaining.

Astra/Tia was a bit reckless and horny. She wanted to be screwed. She did not care which of the three or if all three would do the job. The three males were attracted to her but collectively chose not to act on it. Moak the leader and Bastian the analyst. The two had strong notes. Serkan was not as strong and rememberable. I did love the mystery of who Tia was and who, how, and where the three males came from. That was a tiny twist well worth it.

I think the worlds (both) could have been a bit more developed. I love the tech on the home world. I wanted to have more of that as an engagement. Once Tia's origin was clear, I felt that it could have had a bit more given. I don't think where it end was enough.

Justine O. Keef narrates many genres and does a fab job. I enjoyed her here as well. She does the job and makes you feel in the moment.
