Publisher's summary

The crew of the pirate ship, the Lovesick Fool, are worried about their navigator, Sentorr. He's obsessed with working, spending all his time on the bridge. It's not work the big blue alien is truly obsessed with, though.

It's a female.

Sentorr's convinced that Zoey, a female navigator on another pirate ship, is his mate. She won't show him her face, though, or agree to meet him. She's happy to have steamy, late-night conversations with him over comm channels, though.

He's determined to find her and claim her, no matter what it takes. But when he does locate her and discovers that she's been lying to him about who - and what - she is, will he still love her?

Or is the fact that Zoey's human too much for this blue-skinned male?

Contains mature themes.

Blue Alien Romance

Put four blue aliens with four human females on an alien pirate space ship and you get a whole lot of romance. I am a fan of anyting by Ruby Dixon. Excellent writer of Alien Romance. Having Mason Lloyd ask one of the narrators is the icing on the cake
Check out the 4 book serie. 1st book is the "The Corsair's Captive".

Great job!

This is a great series! I love Ruby Dixon books and listening to them makes them even more enjoyable.
I love both of these narrators. You can feel the emotions through their voices.
Senator finally finds his happy ever after. But there is room for more stories because we are introduced to three more characters.

Overall okay... but

She's the villain because she doesn't want to give up her life and the 3 men who raised her after saving her life? He never considers doing the same for her until he makes a last ditch effort saying he will, but it's clearly just a gesture provided he knew her brothers were going to convince her to go. I honestly thought he'd realize how selfish he was being and agree to stay with her and they'd merge the 2 crew's or something but no, ultimately she has to give up her life. This one could've been a favorite but ended up as my least favorite. Also, he was such an ass he wasted the time they did have instead of enjoying it because he was pouting that she wouldn't give up her life to be with him when he wasn't willing to do the same. I still really liked the hero overall though.

The Best Story

This one was the best book of the series in my opinion; not so much victimhood in this story; I loved Zoey’s brother Adderon; all of her brother were pretty cool, but Adderon was a trip; I was hoping the crew of both ships would merge but this didn’t happen. Maybe a series starring Zoey’s brothers would be fun. Sentorr was also lovable. The banter between Sentorr and Zoey was so cute and so hot! This book was more upbeat, based on making hard choices and decisions rather than the usual victimhood. Narrators did a great job!

So that's why Sentorr likes his solitude .

The man has been on the hotline . . . performing the galactic version of sexting and phone sex 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Zoey is uber cute tho and perfect for him. And her brothers are loads of fun. Can't wait to dive into their stories.

Sweet Online Alien Dating- with pirates!

Sentorr & Zoey
This was my favorite of the four novellas for fun, angst-free, campy (and p😜rny) alien romance. This can be read as a stand-alone and you don’t need to go in order. Being a novella, the plot moves pretty quickly from set-up to getting-down; if you need more painting between the lines, go with the spin-off or the original blue alien romance series of Ice Planet Barbarians. Bought on sale, these tasty morsels are perfect for zippy stories with 1-2 steamy scenes with blue suede aliens with big hearts and bigger…things with spurs. This book features cameos of the three prior couple and introduces human Zoey’s three adopted big blue alien brothers who get full length books in the spin-off Corsairs Brothers series.

It was a blast listening to Sentorr and Zoey flirting across space from their respective pirate ships. Even though these big blue aliens are pirates, they are more rascally than dastardly. There’s a darling meet-cute filled with action and sweet insecurity as Zoey has been hiding her human nature from Sentorr. The human abduction, slave and torture backstory that fizzled the sizzle for me in book 3 (Enticed by the Corsair) is the vaguest of backstories for Zoey here. I don’t usually care for romances with inexperienced gals, but even though both Sentorr and Zoey are innocents, their exuberance (and willingness to “study” videos) made their first times fun and funny. Overall, the perfect blend of lighthearted alien romance and sassy, smexy good times.

My favorite in the series (Series Complete)

I loved this. I really enjoyed Zoey's relationship with her three adoptive alien brothers (who are the main characters of the next series). It was funny and real.

It's fast-burn. They've been flirting over the coms for a long time, so they're already in love when the book begins. It's very much a product of the Ruby Dixon formula, and it's great.
