Publisher's summary

A wrong number is supposed to be just that - a wrong number. Delete. Done. Do not continue to text. Do not flirt.

A wrong number shouldn't be the first person on your mind in the morning or the last at night...and you're definitely not supposed to talk them into buying a baby goat. Because that would be weird.

When Zach Hastings and I get into a wrong-number mix-up, we don't follow the rules. We keep texting and flirting because he's wicked funny and perfectly nerdy and a wonderful distraction.

I'm not looking for love, and Zach definitely had the wrong number. But maybe...maybe he's the right guy.

Contains mature themes.

LOVED IT!!

Loved everything about this book. The characters, the twists, the turns, the hurt (temporary), the forgiveness, the highs & lows, the nerds, the not too dirty sex and the goats. Just ALL OF IT! Keep writing! Please....

Fun and light

Marshmallow the goat adds humorous story line to keep it fun and light overall. Narrator does bring characters to life.

Fun and sweet

How I laughed, this was a great book.
* Good storyline
* Great characters
* No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings
* Good and fun dialogues
* I love how they connect when they start texting without even meeting.
* The love building between them is described in a very sweet way

Performance
I never thought I say this but I didn’t miss a male narrator, she did a great job of her own.
Clear pronunciation and read with feelings

I enjoyed it very much

Ideal for those who love to laugh!

Caution if you are listening with earbuds in public. You will be looked at strangely for the out of nowhere smiles, smirks and grins not to mention the bursts of laughter. Teagan Hunter has become one of my favorite authors and have already purchased the next in series. Narrator Emma Wilder is fantastic! I have no idea how she didn't crack up while preforming.

Just wonderful

I like that book is built around texting. Dialog is funny and so cute. Both characters have smart mouth and the banter is divine. Little bit sex also and it all combines into one entertaining story.

Wonderful!

Well, I am a bit annoyed with myself. I have owned this book for quite a while and only now read/listened to it. I absolutely adored this book!!! It is one of the best rom-coms I’ve listened to. I’m giving it 5+ stars.

Let’s Get Textual is book 1 in the Texting series. It is a contemporary romantic comedy on the outer cusp of new adult. The main female character, Delia, is 21 and the main male character, Zach, is 25. Delia is finishing up her senior year in college and Zach is well established in his professional career. Also, special recognition goes to a side character, Marshmallow, the baby goat.

For the duration of the book, my cynical, cold heart swelled and I believed in romance and true love. I had a big goofy grin through a lot of the book. I laughed out loud a few times. There is low angst in this book.

The narrator was wonderful. I highly recommend the audiobook and think it may even be better than the text version since with the audio, the texting is read more like a conversation rather than having to read each person’s name along with each text exchange. The narrator really brought the characters to life.

This is the first book I have tried by this author. I will definitely try more, starting with the next book in the series.

Super cute

Let’s Get Textual is super cute and funny. A lot of the story is told in banter through text messages.
It starts with a text message sent to a wrong number. It is an entertaining, light and fun read or listen. I really enjoyed the narration.

Witty Funny Sassy Banter (Accidental Meet Cute)

Okay, so I totally would love to have an amazingly handsome nerdy self made lovable man accidentally text me turn to friends and then a HEA as well! Their banter was honestly what makes this story so perfect.

You know those couples that are so much a like but have enough differences in their likes and dislikes that they are unique individuals but actual use those differences to tease in a loving manner of course their significant other. Well that’s Delia and Zach and oh my gosh you’ll swoon over his adorably nerdy sweet personality. Delia is sassy fun and honestly feisty and I loved her. Something happens that will honestly piss of every girl when they get to that part but it’s not going to be what you expect and shockingly it’s actually not Zach’s fault at all; however, he does defend his girl in a way that will have girls cheering for Delia that she found her perfect mate.

You’d think a book mainly about texting would be weird and not develop well but this story developed beautifully and if you haven’t listened to Emma Wilder before seriously your gonna be crushing on her male voice interpretation.

I’m not even embarrassed to say that her male voice interpretation is like SMOKING HOT lol. She completely out did herself on this book.

The author was new to me and since Audible Escape will be unavailable after Nov 01. 2020 I wanted to get a chance glimpse at Teagans work and I was not disappointed. Will be looking into more of her work.
